Where there is an ”active” tenancy associated with a letting unit, you can communicate with the current tenant directly from the repairs list.
From the actions button in the repairs list, select ”email” or ”sms” to choose the method of communication.
If email is selected, a pop up will appear with the current tenancy details and the subject/body can be edited. On hitting send, an email will be sent to the current tenant.
The text of the email will be stored in the communication table of the tenancy.
You can also SMS the current tenant directly from the repairs action button.
Enter the text you want to send. A copy of the text will be stored in the communication table for the tenancy.
