From the actions button in the applicant list, you can communicate with the applicant by email or SMS message.


If email is selected, a pop up will appear with the applicant details and the subject/body can be edited. On hitting send, an email will be sent to the applicant.

Ensure you have entered details in settings such as the from email and a BCC email which allows for you to see that email was sent and allows for a copy of the email to be retained for future reference.

The text of the email will be stored in the communication table of the applicant which can be found at the bottom.


You can also SMS the applicant directly from the applicants action button.

Enter the text you want to send. A copy of the text will be stored in the communication table for the applicant.

SMS sent are charged per 160 character message. See the SMS section for more details.
